Manual Therapy (Medical Massage)

Manual Therapy sessions are outcome-focused treatments designed to address specific pain, restriction, or dysfunction identified through assessment.

Rather than applying a single technique, treatment is selected based on what your body needs in that moment.

Depending on your presentation, sessions may include:

    Targeted hands-on treatment to reduce pain, tension, and tissue restriction related to injury or dysfunction.

  • Visceral Manipulation
    Gentle techniques that assess and improve the relationship between internal organs and surrounding structures such as muscles, fascia, and joints.

    Identifying and relieving nerve restrictions that may contribute to pain, altered movement, or systemic dysfunction.
